Matt Perry
Operating Principal
After graduation from North Carolina State University in 2002, Matt began his career as a math teacher at Cary High School. After working a "summer job" as a fill-in agent for a local builder, Matt discovered a passion and talent for real estate sales. He realized that educating his clients and coaching them through the sales process mimicked much of what he loved about teaching, and so began his successful career in real estate!

After a few years gaining accolades as a top onsite sales professional with a consistent 100% customer satisfaction score from every client he assisted, Matt went into general brokerage and established The Perry Group in 2011. His passion for helping his clients has resulted in a referral base of over 85% for his business. Under his leadership, The Perry Group has been recognized as Top 10 among all 8000+ Triangle Area real estate brokers for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. In addition to running The Perry Group, Matt is the Operating Principal for the Keller Williams Elite Realty office near Southpoint.

Matt currently lives in Raleigh with his wife, Devon, and their three daughters. When he is not assisting people with their real estate needs, he enjoys spending time with his family at their 2nd home on Lake Auman, golfing and cheering on the Wolfpack.

Kristen Bodford
Team Leader
With 20 years of experience in real estate, Kristen Bodford started as a single agent and then formulated The Carolina Crew, Inc with her business partner and brother, Stephen Long. Kristen was with two small firms before joining KW in 2004. As The Carolina Crew, Inc continues to help buyers, sellers and investors in the Winston Salem area, Kristen has a vast resume filled with leading and serving. Her background includes broker in charge, Board of Directors Association of Realtors, coached numerous agents and teams, ran two KW offices, launched a new office and is currently Team Leader in Durham, NC. She has a passion for helping others achieve their dreams and goals while not letting anything get in the way. She is also a three year cancer survivor, single mom of a 17 year old son and filled with positivity and energy.

Ashlee matthews
Market Center Administator
Ashlee joined the KW Elite team full-time in February of 2020. She relocated to North Carolina in 2018 from her home state of Louisiana. Prior to joining us as the MCA, Ashlee worked as the Executive Assistant for a KW agent in North Louisiana for five years. She graduated in 2014 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor's Degree in English. Ashlee loves stories and that's why she loves helping agents figure out the story behind the numbers. Ash loves being outside, especially with her dog Copper. If she's not at the office or out on the trails around the Triangle, check the nearest beach

Chelsea grew up in Wake Forest and is a native to the Triangle area. She went to school for Dental Assisting & worked in the field for a short time and later became a Nanny to fulfill her love of children. Her passion for helping others continues at Keller Williams where she is an integral part of supporting our agents and team on a daily basis. She loves sports and loves attending sporting events (pre-Covid) or watching at home... Especially Football! She's a die-hard Virginia Tech fan. When she's not working you can find her enjoying country music (or better yet a live concert!) or relaxing with a good book!

Grace Jones is a Durham native and ECU alum. Daughter, Mother, Wife, Aunt, Cousin, Realtor, Small Business Coach, and the Head of the Productivity Department. She has been practicing real estate since the year 2000 and is also the Treasurer for the Durham Regional Association of Realtors!

Stephen has many years of real estate experience that includes residential sales, property management, and commercial. He has a vast understanding of all types of real estate. He has served in various leadership roles as a REALTOR including President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS, BOD member, founder, and chair of local and state Young Professional Networks.

Jeremy cleveland
Growth Department
Jeremy Cleveland, the CRG’s team leader, lives in RTP with his wife Ali and two sons, Trevor and Brady. Jeremy played baseball for UNC-CH from 2001-2003 and was then drafted in the MLB draft to the Texas Rangers. After 8 years playing baseball and scouting, he was awarded a World Series Ring in 2010 by the San Francisco Giants organization. Jeremy made the transition to Real Estate and has sold over 350 homes in the past 6 years. He has received numerous awards throughout his baseball and real estate careers. Currently, Jeremy ranks in the top 1% of all realtors in NC, and the CRG ranks in the top 100 in Raleigh and all surrounding areas.

Chrysti PEEK
Technology
Chrysti is a Baltimore area native whose first career took her across the country, and the globe, before she found herself in the Triangle 10 years ago. She thought that Durham was going to be a temporary stop but quickly fell in love with the city and the community and now there's nowhere else she can imagine calling home. Chrysti has been in real estate since 2018 and loves helping other people feel just as at home here in the Triangle as she does. She brings her background in education both to her real estate clients and to her role as technology trainer, helping others feel informed and empowered to make their next right decision.
Chrysti and her husband have a blended family of four kids and two dogs. When she's not working, Chrysti can be found enjoying the backroads on her motorcycle and checking out local restaurants.
