June 22nd Team Meeting Notes

*Mega Camp is coming! August 23rd-26th! -Tickets to go to Austin in person are limited this year, so if you are in the category of agents who do receive an invitation and would like to attend, please make sure to respond by the deadline they provide! -If you would like to attend virtually, don't purchase your ticket yet! We should have the opportunity to buy these in bulk to lower the cost. Also, the region would like to celebrate in person in a few areas, Raleigh being one of them! We will send more details soon so that you have all of the information you need. *Starting in July, we will be doing a Weekly Mastermind (virtual) as well as one In Person Meetup Mastermind. -We will meet each Monday at 2pm in July beginning on July 12th. July 12th, and 26th will be virtual, and July 19th will be in person. -You will be grouped in 4 Groups: A, B, C & D and the first 5 minutes the topics will be named for that day. The following and last 40 minutes, those topics will be discussed. -For the in person meetup on July 19th, the locations will differ based on the group. You will receive your location as it is decided! -Each quarter the groups will change so everyone can have a chance to meet with different people each time. *Financial* - Ashlee shared awards!! You guys are crushing it, and taking a bunch of listings! We are already in the 40's for June! Keep finding and taking those listings! -Ashlee plans to start transmitting on the first day of each month beginning in July. This means that if you want your checks to count for the previous month, they need to be submitted to her by 5pm on the last day of the month. For July closing checks, please have them to Ashlee by 11am on July 1st, as she will begin transmitting that afternoon. -Check protocol - Checks used to be scanned or mailed. If you bring Ashlee a check, please start making a copy of the check beforehand and upload it to Command. Ashlee spends a great deal of time scanning checks, and with all of the closings you guys have, this will allow her more time to focus on processing/cutting those for you and less time scanning. -Before, some checks would be cut without the Alta/closing disclosure being submitted. That will not be the case anymore going forward - they will need to be submitted for the check to be processed/cut! -If you have questions, please reach out to Ashlee! - Wires from Attorneys to the office is now available. Mann, McGibney & Jordan and Gwynn & Edwards are the ones that are confirmed to offer this already. If you are working with a different attorney and would like to have funds wired to the office, please let us know so that we can work on getting that set up for your closings! You will not be charged to have funds wired - it's free!! *Tech* Please continue to utilize the dashboard - kwelite1033.com! • We now have a Google calendar you can access via the Dashboard. You'll be able to copy an event to add to your personal calendar right from there!

• The new legal forms (Working with Real Estate Agents Brochure and Offer to Purchase) as well as information on Ignite will be coming to the Dashboard soon as well.

• There is a Tech Open Session at the office tomorrow, June 23rd at 10am in the cafe.

*Customer Service* -Thank you to everyone who RSVP'd for the cookout this Thursday! We are looking forward to seeing all of you then! Be on the lookout soon for our next event in July! We are going to try to rotate each month between family friendly events and events just for agents. July will be just for agents, so be looking for more details to come! *Productivity* - PC is doing great as always. There are some cappers in PC and some that are soon to be cappers! - There will be some new and creative ways to make money aside from just pounding the pavement *Legal* -Tracy's next BIC Paperwork Contracts class will be held tomorrow, 6/23 at 4:30 pm. All PB's are required to attend at least one of these classes each month. Stephen Long outlined the Offer to Purchase form in our Facebook group with bulleted points. -For the offer to purchase form there are a few rules:

• There is a 7 day grace period

• How the Due Diligence will be paid needs to be updated

• The buyer's intentions on financing must be clearly disclosed
