We are excited to welcome John Jordan!
John shared this kind welcome message to the KW Elite office and we are looking forward to working with him!
I just wanted to drop a quick email and introduce myself as the new addition to RTP Mortgage your personal inside lender at K.W. Elite. Today I would like to take min to quickly introduce myself. Moving forward I typically like to send out morning emails that are very quick reads with what’s going on in the market and current rates, this is a little longer as it’s an into email, thanks for reading through to the end. My name is John Jordan, of course by the email LOL. I have 4 wonderful kids and a beautiful wife that I’ve been happily married to for 17 years, this May 1 will be 18 years! Almost at the big 20! My kids are Ethan – 13 October 26, Zach – 10 June 15, Aaron – 8 March 11 and Rachel who is also 8 March 11 (yes boy girl twins!!)

I have been in the mortgage business for 17 years; I actually started in March right before I got married in May, not sure that was a wise choice on how to start out a marriage and business within 2 months, but I guess it’s worked out so far. I have been a broker, worked for major banks Wells Fargo for 8 years and PNC for 5 years and most recently had a great opportunity to work with Lennar as a builder lender for the past 4 years. At the end of the day I missed the retail world and working with agents and helping them build their business and Matt Perry has graciously given me the opportunity to become a part of the KW Elite family and I couldn’t be more excited to start this journey with all of you.
I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you individually and would love to sit down with you all at some point soon to learn more about your stories, your families, and what makes you love real estate. I love learning about people and their stories as we all have one and each one is unique, it’s what makes the world work and is mainly why I do what I do to meet and help people and I’m exited to do that with my new family this year.
Feel free to stop by and chat and just say hello and introduce yourself anytime. My office hours will be Monday-Thursday 08:30-3:00 Monday-Thursday as I work from home on Friday and do a family breakfast every Friday morning, but I am always available via phone and text as we all know real estate is never “off”.
I’m so excited to start this new chapter with you all and look forward to supporting each other and growing together. I will try my best to reach out to you all at some point this week on a personal level, but feel free to call or text me anytime if there is something I can help with no matter how big or small. Even answering a simple mortgage question for a listing and running a scenario by me, whatever it is I’m here to help.
Have a great week.
P.S. – Rates listed below are for internal purposes for K.W. Elite agents knowledge on the mortgage and are general rates for the day. This is meant to be a guide. If someone you know would like an exact rate quote please have them reach out to me directly as rates can vary based on credit scores, programs, scenarios and several other factors. The below rates should be used a guide as to what you can expect to see in the general market place today. Hope this helps.
P.P.S. – If at any time you wish to be removed from the morning market info just shoot me a direct email and I will remove you from this list. This email is strictly to keep you informed as an agent and my way to give back a little bit of my knowledge of what’s going on in the market to you all to help you succeed, but please do not feel that you have to receive these emails if you do not wish to do so.
