May 11th 2021 Team Meeting Update

Here is the summary of the Team Meeting today! Links and flyers are attached to this email. *We'd like to extend a warm welcome to Bradley Shore who is joining our Growth Department! He recruited around 62 agents last year! *April 2021 - Closed GCI was a record for the history of our office!! - $1,205,669. This is HUGE!!! ***RED DAY is THIS THURSDAY !!*** -If you signed up to volunteer at the Food Bank, please make sure to show up! The shift is from 9am-1pm so please try to get there about 10-15 minutes early. -Anyone not volunteering, please plan to drop by the office between 10am-4pm on Thursday to bring any of the listed items that are needed! We are doing this for the kids and we would love to provide as much a we can for them. -There will be pizza around lunch time - grab some while it lasts when you come by! -Send the flyer (attached to this email) to all of your people and get anyone you know to come donate! We can and would love help from anyone you know! -We have boxes set up inside the office leading up to Thursday, and then on Thursday, we will be setting up outside of the office to collect donations, and then you guys will so kindly be volunteering to box up and deliver our collections! Delivering to the Food Bank will take place on Friday for those that can help! *Financial* -Ashlee shared numbers for the month - They are all up by significant percentages. Great job! -The office will be closed on Thursday, May 13th for Red Day. Any check given to Ashlee after 11am on Wednesday, May 12th will be processed on Friday, May 14th. There will be no checks cut on Thursday! -The tax deadline is May 17th! *Dates to remember/Upcoming Holidays where the office will NOT be staffed: -Monday, May 31st - Memorial Day -Friday, June 18th - Juneteenth -Monday, July 5th - Independence Day -Monday, September 6th - Labor Day *Productivity* - Career Chat with Grace Jones will be held next Tuesday, May 18th at 12pm. This is for ANYONE to attend, feel free to invite anyone you know who would be interested. Link: - There are some new agents in PC that are setting and surpassing goals!! -Grace was accepting Venmo donations for Sam's Club for Red Day where she is going to pick up food to donate for our Kids Backpack program - thanks to all who have sent her money to donate food. :) *Legal* -Tracy's BIC Paperwork Contracts class will be held tomorrow, 5/12 at 4:30 pm. All PB's are required to attend at least one of these classes each month.
