October Office Meeting Summary

Good afternoon! Here is the summary of the Team Meeting today! Link to the video recording of this meeting: https://youtu.be/xTVXMURkus4 *Financial* - Ashlee shared all of the numbers and awards from the past month. Great job to all of you as always for crushing it! -In order for checks to be released, you must have a copy of your Closing Disclosure and your Pro Services Disclosure uploaded into Command. Your Closing Disclosure will show you where all of the money is designated, and your Pro Services Disclosure will help keep you out of Real Estate jail as it provides documentations you would need on your end. *Both your Closing Disclosure and Pro Services Disclosure need to be approved before you can get paid* -We have kicked off our Wealth Building Series that takes place twice a month! The next Wealth Building will be tomorrow, October 20th at the office at 3pm in Movement Mortgage. It's alright if you haven't been able to make it to one yet, we'd love to have you! -Your Commissions Tab needs to be submitted within 24-72 hours of going under contract if you'd like this to count towards Home Run for the month. This will help you be able to project your income and for award purposes by feeding the reports. -There have been quite a few instances where the Commissions Tab is complete, but it has not been submitted. Please make sure to do that in order for your check/direct deposit to be processed. If there is anything that is prohibiting you from submitting, please reach out to Ashlee so she can help! -For those of you doing any personal transactions, please reach out to Ashlee regarding the Commissions Tab for those. There may be some things that need to be adjusted for a personal transaction, and Ash will need to help with that! -Ashlee is not allowed to process Inside Referrals or Concessions, but there are a few ways around this:

• For an inside referral, just add the referring agent as another agent on the transaction, as well as the percentage they are owed, then pay yourself what you are owed.

• For concessions, take the concession OUT of the commission in order for check/direct deposit to be processed. You'll pay on the amount that you receive. *You still need a signed letter from the BIC in order to be approved!!

*Customer Service* -The calendar has changed! There is no longer a Publisher version of the calendar. We have now created a Google calendar that you can either add to your personal calendar, or just keep as a separate one to refer to and can copy the events to your personal calendar, etc if you wish. We are hoping to make your life a little easier this way. The PDF of the list of events, as well as the Google calendar link will be shared with you each month so you have access to everything. You will still have access to the Intranet calendar, as well as a printed list that we will keep at the front desk if you'd like. Also, you can still access the calendar on the Dashboard (www.kwelite.com). Please let us know if you have any questions as we know this is a change for many of you! We ask that you sign up to bring a dish for the lunch! There is a sign up sheet to sign up for what you'd like to bring, as well as listing any food allergies you may have. *Please check out what others have signed up for so that we can provide a good variety and not too many of one type of food.

-BOLD is taking place each Tuesday into December, so we have moved our next Team Meeting to Wednesday, November 10th at 11am. This will be a hybrid meeting that will be held in the Movement Mortgage conference room, as well as virtually. - There are 2 opportunities for a Business Planning Clinic with Kent Temple in November! The first will be November 4th from 9am - 4pm at Hope Community Church in Apex. The market center is going to cover the cost of this class for you, however if you sign up and do not show up you will be charged $25 on your agent bill. This clinic is for INDIVIDUALS only. -The second class will be for TEAMS and that will be held on the following day, Friday, November 5th from 9a-4p in the Movement Mortgage conference room at the office. This is meant mostly for the rainmakers, CEO's and potentially the director of ops.
