Please Be Aware of New Docusign Spam/Phishing

"Getting the general word out - looks like we have a few instances of spammers sending out what looks like Docusign notifications that are not legit. KW Docusign notification emails would come from an email address like “<no-reply@dtr.docusign.net>” - if anyone receives an email with something other than this then that would be suspect. Likewise, it appears the spammers are sending generalized messages that start with something similar to “Dear Recipient” and is very general with what the documents is in regards to, such as “click here for your invoice.” Like we warn agents when it comes to spam email, if the email is unexpected/unfamiliar, best to pause and take a second look at some of those details of the email to see how legit it is."
