*First, thank you to Dylan Hale for sharing his touching and inspirational story today! *The April 2021 awards were shared - great job to everyone! We've got some agents that are making their way up these lists and we're so proud of all of you! *Dates to remember/Upcoming Holidays where the office will NOT be staffed: -Monday, May 31st - Memorial Day -Friday, June 18th - Juneteenth -Monday, July 5th - Independence Day -Monday, September 6th - Labor Day *Financial* - The office will not be staffed on Monday, May 31st for Memorial Day, so checks will not be cut on Monday. If you'd like a check cut before then, please have it in to Ashlee no later than 11am on Friday so that it can be cut for you on Friday. Any checks that come in after 11am on Friday will be cut on Tuesday, June 1st. -Ashlee is waiting to transmit for the month until Wednesday, June 2nd so you guys will have more time to get your checks in by 11am on June 2nd to have them count for May! They have to be in by 11am on June 2nd to count for May - NO EXCEPTIONS! -Ashlee will be out of the office on Friday! -There have been some new questions with the Commissions Tab. There will be a new video coming that will answer some of these questions. *To answer a few of them: -We do not do inside referrals -We do not do concessions. -If you have questions, please reach out to Ashlee! *Productivity* - There has been a lot of activity in PC lately! -If you happen to see any posts in the Facebook page from PC agents asking about open houses, etc, please reach out! They are looking to host open houses, so please reach out to let them do some of yours! *Legal* -Tracy's BIC Paperwork Contracts class will be held tomorrow, 5/26 at 4:30 pm. All PB's are required to attend at least one of these classes each month. To renew your license, go to NCREC.com -Stephen Long will be teaching a BICUP class on Thursday, May 27th from 8:30am-12:30pm. To register, go to nccrewacademy.com or go to kwelite1033.com, under Announcements. Kwelite1033.com has the link to all of Stephen's upcoming classes! -Stephen touched on using the new version of the form Working with Real Estate Agents Brochure. It is a new form with the same things. It's not a contract, but you'll need to select the agency agreement option. -Any other questions about anything legal, please reach out to Tracy Hobbs or Stephen Long! *Tech* -There is a brand new calendar page on kwelite1033.com! You can now view events and add a copy to your own Gmail calendar. (Agents can sign into Gmail with their KW emails). You will also see new and important announcements on the homepage and under the announcements tab. -If there's anything you'd like to see on the dashboard, please email Maggie at maggiehennessey@kw.com!-Please make sure to utilize this great site - Maggie works so hard to make sure it is updated constantly for you guys and it is a GREAT resource for anything you could need! *Customer Service* -We didn't get to touch on this today, but be on the lookout for all of the great things coming up in June! Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 24th from 4-6pm! We will be having a cookout here at the office and would love to see all of you and get to catch up/socialize with all of you! More details to come, but make sure to plan on coming! -The June calendar will be out by the end of this week!
